Awesome Summer Meal!



Hey Everyone! Here's a delicious low calorie meal that everyone in your family will enjoy...




Crazy Tuna Salad




2 cans of White Chunk Tuna


2 tsp of Relish


1/2 cup of chopped Red Onion


1/4 cup of chopped Celery


1/2 -1 cup of Plain Yogurt


2 tsp of McCormick's Salmon Grill Seasoning




Combine all ingredients and place on whole wheat wraps. Serve with fresh corn on the cob.




Sinful Summer Strawberries




2 cups of sliced strawberries


1 cup of blueberries


2 frozen bananas (sliced before frozen)




Blend in a blender on medium to high setting. Add Soy Milk to mixture until it becomes like an ice cream texture.




Serve on top of a shortcake (low fat) and top with a drizzle of honey and chopped pecans
